A 30 night minimum, months are prorated in half. Leases begin and end on any day of the month (student's choice) rent is prorated so you pay only the nights your stay with us.

Because many of our students our international we do not require Social Security numbers.

A refundable security deposit equal to one months rent, $50 optional linen fee.
